Taking on its final non-conference foe of the 2026 campaign, the Clarkson University Women's Soccer team heads down Route 11 to face SUNY Canton on Wednesday evening.

The Series: The Golden Knights are 18-5-2 all-time against SUNY Canton, but have not lost since 1985. Last year's victory was by a score of 6-0 with four different goal scores for the Knights. 

Key Stats for Clarkson (5-4-1): Since 2021, the Knights have truly dominated the Kangaroos, outscoring their opponents 24-0 in five games. More impressively, the Knights have outshot Canton by an average of more than 36 shots per game in that run, including an average of 19 shots on goal per contest. Last year's numbers were not as lopsided as previous years, as the Green and Gold had a 20-2 edge in shots with 12 going on goal and none for the Roos. 

Key Stats for SUNY Canton (2-7-2): The Kangaroos have been on one end of a shutout in 10 of their 11 games this year, posting a 3-3 tie in the season opener against SUNY Poly, but getting shutout eight times and recording a clean sheet against the opposition three times. Marley Sharkey leads the team in scoring with four points thanks to two goals and Kate Whitley has three points with a goal and an assist.
