The Clarkson Golden Knights will head to our nations capital, Washington, DC, for the D1 in DC in season Tournament.  Clarkson will face Ohio State on Friday in a rematch of the 2024 National Semi- Final game.  Clarkson will face St. Cloud State on Saturday, a program that Clarkson has yet to face. 

The tournament is being played at the Medstar Capitals Iceplex in Arlington, VA.  Colgate is the 4th participant in the Holiday Tourney.  The match ups have been pre set to avoid inter conference matchup between the two sets of teams from the WCHA and ECAC.  

Clarkson comes into the weekend on a 4 game unbeaten streak, including a weekend sweep of Brown and Yale last weekend at Cheel.  The Knights have won the last three despite being out shot, which reverses a trend but has resulted in the Knights scoring 13 goals in 3 games.  The top 5 point producers, include 4 newcomers, including the Manness sisters.  Sara had a team high 17 assists and 20 points and Kate has 2 goals and 7 assists.  Lara Beecher leads the team in goals with 7.  Holly Gruber has continued to be strong in net allowing only 5 goals in her last 4 games and a 1.54 GAA for the season.
