Clarkson was once again well represented in the PWHL Draft as 3 recent skaters and 5 total players with Clarkson roots were selected.  The ECAC as a league had 26 skaters taken with ties to the conference.  

Sena Catterall was taken in the 5th round by expansion Detroit with the 51st pick.  Detroit will join the PWHL for their inaugural season in 2026-27, making Catterall the first Golden Knight to join that franchise.  Captain in 2025-26, Sena played in 153 games scoring 56 goals and 45 assists for 101 points over her career.  She scored 9 game winners in career.  "Sena is a very hard working, hard nosed player that doesn't shy away from the physical side of the game.  She loves being hard to play against and someone the other team hates facing.  She produced over 100 points during her career at Clarkson and did it the hard way as someone who went to the net to find rebounds and play as the net front of the PP.  Sena is someone that skilled players don't mind playing with because they know she is going to check hard, be first on loose pucks, win battles in the corners and along the walls, and go to the net to create screens and find rebounds.  She understands the type of player she is and plays that way each night." -said Coach Desrosiers. 

Also taken from this year's team was Lara Beecher.  Beecher transferred from Vermont, played 35 games this year for the Knights, scoring 12 goals and 13 assists, 2 goals were game winners this year. Lara reached career high in goals, assists, and points this season.  Coach Desrosiers said - "Lara is a skillful player who is a good skater and has a great shot. She showed great signs of improvement during her one year with Clarkson producing career highs in goals and points."  Beecher was taken in the 6th round with the 69th pick by the Minnesota Frost.  Beecher will join former Golden Knights Dominque Petrie and Elizabeth Gigure on the Frost next season. 

There were 3 other players taken in the Draft with Clarkson roots.  Sara Swiderski was selected in the 1st round with the 9th pick by Minnesota.  Sara played two seasons with Clarkson, scoring 19 points in 78 games.  Jaden Bogden was selected by the Boston Fleet in the 4th round with the 46th pick.  Jaden played 4 years for the Knights, after graduation did a Graduate year at Northeastern.  Bogden played in 99 games for the Knights scoring 10 goals and 19 points.  Jenna Goodwin, a 2025 graduate, played last season in Europe, was selected by the Fleet in Round 5 with the 58th pick.  GoodwinPlayed 157 games in 4 seasons, scoring 34 goals and adding 37 assists for 71 points.  5 career game winning goals.  Known as one of the fastest skaters ever at Clarkson. Coach Matt Desrosiers said "Jenna graduated last year and went over to Europe to play in the SDHL this past season but declared for the PWHL draft.  Her biggest strength is her speed.  She is one of the fastest players we have had go through our program at Clarkson.  Her speed alone creates so much for her and her linemates which would be a huge asset to any team that picks her up"   In joining the Fleet, Bogden and Goodwin will be with former Golden Knight teammate, Haley Winn along with former Knight, Jamie Lee Rattray.  

In an expansion move that added 4 new teams to the league, there has been much movement for many of the Clarkson skaters in the PWHL.  Erin Ambrose will be headed to Las Vegas, Nicole Gosling will be headed to Hamilton, and Anne Cherkowski is headed to San Jose.
