The Series: The Golden Knights are 21-0 all-time against Bard and are 20-0 against the Raptors since they joined the Liberty League in 2011, with the Green and Gold having yet to drop a set. In that stretch, Bard has surpassed 20 points in a set only twice. Clarkson is 10-6 against SUNY New Paltz, having won seven straight matches against the Hawks, including the NCAA Regional Finals in 2012 and 2013. Clarkson has faced Marywood twice and won both matches, once in straight sets in 2011 and once in four sets in 2018.

Key Stats for Clarkson (13-8, 3-4 Liberty League): Sophomore Conley Burns appears to have taken a step forward in the last couple of weeks. For the season, she has averaged 3.24 kills per set and a .214 hitting percentage, but has since elevated her game with 4.25 kills per set and a .311 hitting percentage. Those numbers were not built against lower level competition, doing so against three teams with winning records, including nationally-ranked Ithaca.

Key Stats for Bard (5-18, 0-7 Liberty League): The Raptors have performed well from the service line in terms of recording aces, averaging 2.65 per set and totaling 191 on the season, but have given those points right back with 182 service errors. Equally problematic are the 188 aces (2.61 aps) that opponents have scored against Bard. The Raptors have not produced much of a block this year, scoring only 0.71 blocks per set as a team.

Key Stats for SUNY New Paltz (10-17): The Hawks employ a pair of setters who are capable of running the offense while also providing solid numbers defensively and from the service line. Elena Savage has 39 aces and 2.16 digs per set while leading the team at 4.89 assists per set, and Kim Braun has 2.37 digs per set with 42 aces and 3.64 assists per set.

Key Stats for Marywood (24-3): Five hitters are hovering above or just below two kills per set, providing the Pacers with a diverse offense. Middle hitter Taylor Hallam has a .385 hitting percentage and a team-best .269 hitting percentage to go along with 0.69 blocks per set. Billie Leet, another middle, is also hitting .264 with 1.85 kills per set and 0.95 blocks per set.
