Oswego, NY – At the halfway point of the final tournament of September, the Clarkson University Golf team sits in third place just three strokes off the pace at the Oswego Fall Golf Invitational, held at the par-71 Oswego Country Club.

Classmate Ryan Makowski ended up five-over, tied for 12th, on the first day with a 76. He had a 35 on the front, which was even par, with a birdie on the first and then a bogey on the second. On the back nine, he had a single birdie on the par-four 16th hole.

Daniel Wilson closed out Clarkson's team scoring with a 78, going for 39 on the front and back with 11 pars overall, putting him in 18th place. Jace Dutch's score was dropped, though Clarkson still would have been third if his score was included, as he shot 81 for the day, picking up a birdie on the par-three 18th hole.
