Careccia and Mahoney Earn Liberty League All-Star Honors

With the completion of two impressive careers, Clarkson University Women's Soccer team seniors Camryn Careccia and Giulia Mahoney tacked on Liberty League All-Star selections when the conference announced its award winners on Tuesday morning.

Both players were picked as Liberty League Honorable Mention All-Stars. Mahoney is now a three-time Liberty League All-Star while this was Careccia's second time as a conference all-star member.

Careccia led the team in goals with seven and also added two assists, ranking second on the team in points behind Mahoney. She also finished third on the team in minutes played with 1560, playing full time in 11 of the 18 contests. Careccia finished her four-year Clarkson run tied for fifth in career points scored with 44 (19-6-44) and is tied for third all-time in goals with 19.

Mahoney ended up leading the team in points with 17, scoring six goals and assisting on five others in 18 contests. She also led the team in shots (43) and shots on goal (26) while playing the fifth-most minutes on the team with 1477. Mahoney closed out her Clarkson career ranking 10th in program history in points with 40 (14-12-40). She is tied for eighth all-time in goals (14) and is tied for fourth in program history in assists (12).
