10/22/2019 4:44:00 PM

After playing five of its first six games on the road, Clarkson returns home to Cheel Arena this weekend for a two-game set against Lindenwood University to close out the season-opening, non-league portion of the schedule. Guided by 12th-year Head Coach Matt Desrosiers and assistant coaches Britni Smith and Tony Maci, the Golden Knights are ranked fourth in the national polls with a 4-1-1 overall record.

Friday's game is a 6:00 p.m. start and Saturday is a 3:00 p.m. faceoff. Both games will be streamed live on ESPN+ (U.S. viewers) and StretchInternet (International viewers).

Clarkson is coming off a hard-fought series at Robert Morris this past weekend where it skated to a 3-3 tie on Friday before coming-from-behind on Saturday for a 6-5 overtime triumph.

The Green and Gold, led by senior Captain Ella Shelton and Assistant Captains, senior Taylor Turnquist and junior Meaghan Hector, will return to the road next weekend when they open ECAC Hockey play at Union and Rensselaer to start the month of November.
