Recent Results: Clarkson and St. Lawrence faced one another in a tri-meet a few weeks ago to open up the 2026-27 season, with the Golden Knights winning handily on the men's side and the women falling by four points. Clarkson's average margin of victory against the Saints is 150.43 points over the last seven meetings, while the women's gap has reduced in each of the last four meets, falling from 67 points a few years ago to the mid-teens last season and just four points on October 10th. Clarkson's men have enjoyed similar success against the Lakers in the last four years, winning by an average of just under 120 points per meet, though last year's gap was 89 points. Clarkson's women have lost the last two against the Lakers by an average of 71 points after winning the previous two meetings by an average of 58.5 points.

The Women: Senior Dani McDonald won both the 50 butterfly and 100 butterfly against the Saints (and Union) in the opening tri-meet of the campaign and had a runner-up finish in the 100 butterfly last year against SLU. Junior Natasha Hurff won the 500 freestyle against the Saints in 2025-26 and also won a pair of events against Oswego State last year, taking the 400 freestyle and 800 freestyle. Kirsten Iles also claimed the top spot in the 100 freestyle against the Lakers last season.

The Men: Mason Cartier and Evan Paneras are off to strong starts, having won each of their respective events in the opening two meets. Cartier is 4-for-4 in his starts in the backstroke, placing him near the halfway point of last year's total of nine dual meet victories. Evan Paneras won seven individual events during dual meets in his first collegiate season and already has four to start this year. Gavin Stuhler has continued his impressive finish to the 2025-26 season where he placed second in both the 50 freestyle and 100 freestyle at the Liberty League Championships. Stuhler won the 50 and 100 events against both Oswego State and St. Lawrence a year ago.
