In a rematch of last Saturday's game, the Clarkson University Men's Lacrosse team will finish off the home-and-home series against Nazareth College as the Golden Knights serve as hosts on March 20th at Hantz Field.

The Series: Clarkson's win over the Golden Flyers a week ago was the first for the Green and Gold in nine tries against Nazareth.

Key Stats for Clarkson (1-2): Graduate student Conor Bartlett enjoyed his most productive offensive game as a collegian last week versus Nazareth, scoring nine points on three goals and six assists. Fellow grad student Pierce Currie also posted an impressive game with six goals, five of which were assisted by Bartlett. Those two players lead the team's offense so far, accounting for 17 goals and nine assists, while sophomore Sebastian Geiger (9-2-11) and senior Jay Considine (4-4-8) have also contributed heavily to the Knights. Freshman Matt Szwagulinski was selected as the Liberty League's Rookie of the Week on Monday thanks to solid efforts against both St. John Fisher and Naz, and he has now recorded seven groundballs and four caused turnovers, with most of those numbers coming in his two starting nods.

Key Stats for Nazareth (0-2): Senior Jeremy Jacob surpassed 100 career points for the Golden Flyers last Saturday, and leads the team in scoring with seven points thanks to three goals and four assists. Jon Roth serves as the primary faceoff man, winning one more than he lost so far, and also ranks second on the team in scoring with five points. Both Clifford Pollard and Jack McOsker are tied with Roth and Jacob for the team's goal scoring lead with three apiece. Owen Gonzalez is the busiest player on defense and in regards to loose balls, picking up seven groundballs and causing a pair of turnovers through two games.
