After picking up its first conference win of the season on Wednesday, the Clarkson University Men's Lacrosse team looks to put together a winning streak when the team travels to face Bard College on Saturday.

Live Stats/Live Video

The Series: Since Bard rebooted its program for the 2014 season, Clarkson is 5-0 against the Raptors, winning by a margin of 59-23 in the last four meetings. Last year, Clarkson outshot Bard 64-15 (40-12 shots on goal) and held a 24-3 edge on faceoffs and 47-24 lead in groundballs.

Key Stats for Clarkson (6-4, 1-2 Liberty League): Junior Conor Bartlett enjoyed a big day against the Thoroughbreds with eight points, vaulting him further up Clarkson's all-time leaderboards. He became the 13th player in program history to reach 60 assists and pushed to 19th all-time in scoring overall with 127 points. He needs just three more goals this year to reach 70, which would make him the 20th player in program history to achieve that mark. In last year's game, Bartlett produced seven points on four goals and three assists, while Pierce Currie tossed in five points on two goals and three assists. Currie had a career-best nine points against Skidmore on Wednesday, including eight goals.

Key Stats for Bard (3-5, 0-3 Liberty League): While the Raptors have a respectable record on paper with three non-league wins, Bard is struggling this year. Due to a shorthanded roster that has just 14 players on the roll, the team cancelled a league game in March and has already eliminated two more future road games from the conference slate, so Saturday's contest will be just one of two remaining home games the team has on the schedule. It might be for the best, as the Raptors have been outscored 71-6 in three league games with significant deficits in shots (180-51), shots on goal (139-23) and groundballs (160-74). Peter Sojka scored five times last year against the Knights and he leads the team with 24 points this year (21-3-24), accounting for four of the team's six goals in league play. Lyle Healey has done his best in the Raptors' crease with a .489 save percentage, but is still allowing 23.67 goals per game due to the continued onslaught by the opposition.
