Thea Armistead Earns Nod as Liberty League Rookie of the Week

Scoring at least one point in each of the first three games of the season, Thea Armistead of the Clarkson University Women's Soccer team was chosen as the Liberty League Rookie of the Week when the conference announced its first weekly award winners of the fall.

Armistead has four points in the first three games of the season, thanks to an assist against St. John Fisher, another assist in a 2-1 win over Oneonta State, and the game-winning goal in a 1-0 win over Hartwick College as the Golden Knights claimed the Mayor's Cup Tournament with a 2-0 weekend.
