The Series: The Golden Knights and Continentals have faced off 30 times prior to Saturday's tilt, with Clarkson coming away with 18 victories. However, the two teams have met just once in the last 15 years, a 3-0 win for the Golden Knights in 2023.

Key Stats for Clarkson (8-9): When Marin Hangliter recorded 21 kills on Tuesday evening against St. Lawrence she added her name to the limited scroll of hitters to have surpassed 20 kills in the Liberty League this season. More impressively, she and Conley Burns are just the second set of teammates to do so in the conference this year. Hangliter's 21 kills against the Saints tied her career-high and also pushed her to a seventh double-double this year where she has topped both 10 digs and 10 kills in the same match.

Key Stats for Hamilton (3-8): The Continentals leading hitter, Allie Steel (2.33 kills per set, .259 hitting percentage), hasn't played since September 13th, which has created an uneven offense both to Hamilton's success and detriment. The Continentals have six different hitters averaging 1.8 kills per set or better, and all six have had at least two matches where they reached double figures. However, none have surpassed 10 kills more than three times all year, producing an offense without a go-to hitter at this point in the season.
