Clarkson will return to the Olympic Region where they have won 3 ECAC titles, for the 2024 Adirondack Invitational at the Herb Brooks Arena.
Tonight the Knights will face the Providence Friars at 7:30 and then will take on UMASS Lowell on Saturday at 7:30 pm.
Providence comes in the 10th ranked team in the country with a 8-3-2 record. UMASS Lowell is 9-3 overall and ranked 16th in the national polls. Both of these games offer the Knights their best chance at boosting their Pairwise ranking and positioning themselves for a birth in the NCAA Tournament come March.
Clarkson comes into the weekend 3-1 in their last 4 and only allowed 3 goals in those 4 games. Ethan Langenagger has put up stats that have him ranked among the top in the NCAA and has help backstop the 11th best penalty kill in the nation. Â
All games this weekend will be streamed on ESPN+ and can be heard on B99.3 FM with Bob Ahlfeld.
