Placing among the top 10 teams at the 31st Annual Geneseo Cross Country Invitational on Saturday at Letchworth State Park, the Clarkson Men’s Cross Country team finished eighth out of 24 teams. The Golden Knights Women’s team came in 15th among 23 teams.

Sophomore Alex Benway (Queensbury, NY) once again paced the Clarkson men with a 35th-place time of 27:09.3 on the 8k-course. Sophomore Maureen Hill (Latham, NY) was the top runner for the Golden Knight women, finishing in the 62nd spot with a time of  26:03.3 in the 6k race.
