Adam will be a Sr. defenseman for the Golden Knights, coming in after 2 seasons with Alaska Fairbanks...Adam played 61 games for the Nanooks, registering 11 assists...Prior to Alaska Adam played 1 season at UMass-Lowell, where he played in 15 games, scoring 1 goal.

Before College:

Cardona played for the Omaha Lancers of the USHL during their 2022-23 season...He played in 62 games, scoring 5 goals and registering points on the season.  He played the 2021-22 season for Waterloo in the USHL...Graduated from Kimball-Union Academy.

Adam is the son of Ivan Cardona and Natacha Lambert...Has 2 brothers, David & Chase and a sister Kate...His grandfather, Yvon Lambert, played 683 games for the Montreal Canadiens and Buffalo Sabres. He won four Stanley Cups where he was a teammate of Head Coach, JF Houle's father, Rejean Houle.
