JUNIOR YEAR (2019-20)—Enjoyed another phenomenal season at right wing and added to her resume as one of the top players all-time in women's college hockey  ... 2020 Patty Kazmaier Winner as the top player in the NCAA ... Named a First-Team CCM/AHCA All-American for second consecutive season ... ECAC Hockey Player of the Year ... ECAC Hockey's Best Forward and First-Team conference all-star ... NCAA's leading goal scorer with 37 tallies in 37 games - seven more goals than any other player in Division I ... Tied for second in country in points with 66 ... Has amassed 210 career points on 90 goals and 120 assists through just 118 games and is just four points shy of breaking Clarkson's all-time points mark of 213, currently held by 2019 Patty Kazmaier Award winner, Loren Gabel '19 ... Tied for the nation lead in game-winning goals with 10 ... Tied for second in the country in shorthanded markers with three ... SOPHOMORE YEAR (2018-19)—Was a phenom as a freshman last year and was even better this season … A Top 10 Patty Kazmaier Memorial Award Finalist … USCHO.com Player of the Year ... First-team All-American ... Led the country in points with 73 and was nation’s top playmaker with 47 assists … Also added 26 goals … Boasted Division I’s best plus/minus at +61 … Played her best in the biggest games … Scored her third overtime game-winner in the NCAA postseason with the deciding goal in the quarterfinal round 2-1 victory over Boston College (3/16) … Scored a Clarkson record five shorthanded goals, only two teams, other than Clarkson had more shorthanded goals than Giguere - Cornell and Boston College with six … Also tallied three power-play goals and five game-winners  … Tallied at least one point in 34 of 40 games, including  23 multiple-point outings … Recorded her first career hat trick in 5-1 win over Yale (1/18) … Had three four-point games, including three assists and the winning goal in 4-3 overtime triumph vs. Quinnipiac in Game 2 of ECAC Hockey quarterfinal series (3/2) … Had a 10-game point streak (7-13) with 20 points since February 9 ... FRESHMAN YEAR (2017-18)—As a three-time National Champion, Clarkson has seen plenty of talented players come through the program in its 15-year of existence, but none of them had made such an immediate impact for the Golden Knights as Elizabeth Giguere … A Second-Team All-American and ECAC Hockey Rookie of the Year, nearly doubling the point total of all the other conference freshmen ... Shattered the Clarkson freshman scoring marks with 71 points on 27 goals and was the nation's second-leading playmaker with 44 assists ... Posted a +53 plus/minus, tallied five power-play goals and six game-winners ... Her biggest goal of the season was her last ... Named to the 2018 Frozen Four All-Tournament Team, scored the deciding goal at 7:55 of overtime in the 2-1 NCAA Championship game victory over Colgate (3/18) … Posted at least one point in each of the seven playoff games, finishing with 11 postseason points (3-8) ... Recorded at least one point in 38 of the 41 games, including 21 multiple-point games ... Tallied five points, and tied school-record for assists in a game with four, in 6-1 victory over St. Lawrence (10/21) and in 8-1 win at Dartmouth (1/20) …  HCA National Rookie of the Month in December ... ECAC Hockey Rookie of the Month in October, December, and January ... Named ECAC Hockey Player of the week on 10/24 ... NCAA Third Star of the Week 10/24... WHY CLARKSON—"I chose Clarkson because I loved my first visit on campus, and the coaching staff was very welcoming with me. Also, Clarkson had the program that I wanted to take and I know that they can help me achieve my goals in hockey and at school. After my visit I knew that Clarkson would be a great fit for me."
