Reigelsperger Named Liberty League Performer of the Week

Senior Drew Reigelsperger of the Clarkson University Men's Cross Country team started off his final collegiate campaign in style and he was rewarded with the Liberty League Performer of the Week honor on Tuesday afternoon.

Reigelsperger won the 44th annual Cardinal Classic Invitational, a 5000-meter race, on Saturday in Plattsburgh, pacing the field of 111 runners with a time of 15 minutes, 46.2 seconds, a little over five seconds faster than the next runner in the event. It was the third of Reigelsperger's collegiate career, accompanying the victories he had in the 2024 Cross Country-Only Championship and the 2025 Cross Country-Only Championship.
