Clarkson has historic night at ECAC Awards

The Golden Knights had one of their most decorated award seasons in program history on Thursday night at the ECAC Awards Ceremony in Lake Placid, NY.

First Year Head Coach, JF Houle was named the ECAC Tim Taylor Coach of the Year, the 6th time a Knights HC has won the award in the ECAC.  In Houle's first season the team has posted 23 wins and a 2nd place finish in the ECAC.  Houle joins Jerry York (1977), Bill O'Flaherty (1981), Mark Morris (1991 & 2001), and Casey Jones (2019) as previous bench bosses to earn this distinction.  As a player, Houle was named to the ECAC All Rookie team in 1994 and 1997 All ECAC Honorable Mention.
