The Golden Knights will wrap up ECAC play for the semester as they host Cornell and Colgate this weekend at Cheel.

The Big Red will have a familiar face on their bench for Golden Knight fans, as Casey Jones makes his debut at Cheel as the Cornell Head Coach.  Last season, Jones re-joined the Big Red staff during Mike Schaffer's final season, with the intent of taking over for Schaffer.  Cornell is 6-3 on the season and enters after a 2-1 loss ot BU at Madison Square Garden.  

Colgate enters the weekend at 5-9-2, coming off two losses at #3 Michigan St.  

Clarkson has out shot their last two opponents but continues to struggle on Saturday's, currently 0-7 on day two of a weekend series.  The Knights generated their best weekend of consistent scoring chances last weekend in Lake Plaicd, with several grade A opportunities on Saturday vs Alaska.  As the young team continues to gain valuable experience, younger players are starting to make their mark.  Last weekend, freshman, Jace Letourneau, scored his first goal, along with freshman D, Matthew Mayich notching his 3rd of the season and 2nd in last 3 games, leading to 5 of the 10 point recorded on the weekend coming from first year players.

Tonight's game will be the ECAC Game of the Week featured on SNY and available for streaming on ESPN+.

Tonight is also the annual Teddy Bear Toss game.  Fans can get a FREE General Admission Ticket with each stuffed animal they present.  The Clarkson PA program sponsors the event.  Fans can toss their Teddy Bear (or any stuffed animal) onto the ice after the first CLARKSON goal or at the end of the first period.
