Attention all Clarkson Hockey fans, the NYS HERO Act for employers of 100+ persons is still in effect in New York State and isn't set to expire until February 15, 2022.  

Wednesday's announcement by Governor Hochul lifting the general mask mandate in public settings does not change the requirement to wear a mask on places of employment, including Clarkson University Campuses, which are still obligated to follow the mandated NYS HERO Act Safety Plans.
