Biography
JUNIOR YEAR (2024-25): A steady and reliable presence at forward, Egan continued to provide Clarkson with valuable depth during his junior season, appearing in nine games, Egan contributed two assists—highlighted by helpers in a 6–3 win over Stonehill on Nov. 9 and in a tightly contested ECAC playoff matchup against Harvard on Mar. 15. Egan maintained a +2 rating and logged key minutes in penalty-kill situations. Academically, Egan was one of the top students on the team and along with Brady Parker, we the Co- Founders of ADAPT Nutrition Co. and placed third overall in the Food and AgTech category in the New York State Business Plan Competition.
SOPHOMORE YEAR (2023-24): Egan fought off some early season injuries to see action in 18 games down the stretch…Registered 1 assist vs Princeton in the final regular season game of the year...Was named to the ECAC All Academic Team.
FRESHMAN YEAR (2022-23): Brady dressed in 30 games during his rookie campaign, scoring 3 goals and 2 assists...Scored against Quinnipiac (12/3)...Had a 2 goal outing at Union on Jan. 21st...Named ECAC All Academic.
The back of the Hockey Card: Brady is a 5’10”, 175 lb left shot forward from Carp, Ontario. In 2021-22 he split his season between the Pembroke Lumber Kings in the CCHL and the Bismark Bobcats of the NAHL. In 28 games with Pembroke, he netted 23 goals and 20 assists for 43 points and then 13 goals and 13 assists in 28 games with Bismark…2020-21 was a short season due to COVID, but Brady scored 22 points in 15 games with the Fredericton Red Wings of the MJAHL…In 2019-20 he played 62 games with Pembroke and had 49 points on 29 goals and 20 assists.
Get to know Brady: Son of Luke Egan and Lynne Egan…has an older brother, Taylor, who plays hockey as well and a younger sister, Mackenzie… Will start as an undeclared major in the Reh School of Business….graduated from All Saints Catholic High School…was a multi-sport athlete growing up…Great Grandfather, Bill Cowley, was inducted into the Hockey Hall of Fame in 1968, and in 1998, he was ranked number 53 on The Hockey News' list of the 100 Greatest Hockey Players.
