Rattray Named ECAC Hockey Player of the Week

The leading scorer in the country, Clarkson University Women's Hockey senior Jamie Lee Rattray (Kanata, ONT) was named ECAC Hockey Player of the Week.

Rattray enjoyed a record-setting weekend in helping 4th/5th-ranked Clarkson extend its unbeaten streak to eight games (7-0-1) with a sweep of Colgate and Cornell last weekend at Cheel Arena. Rattray, who became the Golden Knights' all-time leader in points the previous weekend, set a new mark in goals this past weekend with four tallies and also added two assists for six points in the sweep. She posted her third-career hat-trick with a shorthanded marker and two power-play goals, along with one assist in Friday's 5-2 victory over Colgate. In Saturday's showdown against Cornell, Rattray helped to set up the game-winner and sealed the 3-1 victory with her NCAA-high 23rd goal of the season.

Rattray leads the nation in scoring with 42 points through 26 games. She has amassed a Clarkson record 157 points on 71 goals and 86 assists through 132 career games.

The Knights play at Union and Rensselaer this weekend.
