Shaun Clem

Shaun Clem is entering his first season as the head coach for the Golden Knights' Alpine Skiing team for the 2026-27 season.

Clem, a 2023 graduate with a degree in Neuroscience from Saint Michael's College in Vermont, spent the last two years at St. Joseph's College (ME), the first year as an assistant coach and the second as the team's interim head coach. As assistant coach, Clem helped guide the team during the 2025 season to an appearance at the USCSA National Championships in Bend, Oregon, where the men's team represented the USCSA Reynolds Division and finished 22nd among the 27 teams.

In addition to serving as a coach for the Monks for the past two seasons, Clem was the USCSA Reynolds Division Coordinator in 2025-26 and also served as a coach for the Smuggler's Notch Ski Club in 2023-24. He also has used his neuroscience background to work at local Health Centers in both Vermont and Maine.

Clem was a strong student at Saint Michael's where he earned Dean's List honors on several occasions and possessed the highest GPA for Neuroscience majors among the school's graduates in 2023.
