Ally Burrows

Ally Burrows is entering her fourth season as head coach for the Clarkson University Women's Lacrosse team in 2025-26.

Burrows has guided the team to 25 victories in three seasons at the helm, with players earning 11 all-star nods in that time, including three-time IWLCA Empire All-Region and 2025 Liberty League Player of the Year Madelynn Barnum. Burrows served as the top assistant for the Golden Knights from 2019-2022, helping lead the team to 16 wins in two-plus seasons and a playoff appearance in 2022. 

Burrows graduated from Indiana University of Pennsylvania in May 2019 with a degree in Biology. A Division II All-American in 2019, Burrows was picked as a IWLCA Third-Team member after being named to the All-Atlantic Region First-Team for the second consecutive year. She also was chosen as a PSAC (Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference) First-Team All-Star for three straight years and was the 2016 PSAC Freshman of the Year.  Burrows notched 219 goals and 47 assists for a total of 266 points in 69 career games, surpassing the 50-goal mark for three straight seasons. Over her career she also accumulated 66 groundballs and caused 17 turnovers.  Burrows ended her career as the all-time leading goal scorer in IUP history with a total of 219.
