JUNIOR YEAR (2025-26):  Talon Sigurdson was a consistent offensive presence for Clarkson during his junior season, appearing in all 38 games and recording eight goals and 10 assists for 18 points. He established collegiate career highs in goals, assists and points while leading Clarkson’s forwards with 91 shots on goal. Sigurdson also contributed four power-play goals, two game-winning goals and 36 blocked shots...Sigurdson collected three goals and seven assists for 10 points across 22 ECAC Hockey games. His ability to provide a net-front presence and finish scoring opportunities made him an important part of Clarkson’s power play, with half of his goals coming on the man advantage...One of Sigurdson’s best performances came in Clarkson’s ECAC Hockey opener at Union on November 7. He scored twice, including the eventual game-winning goal, as the Golden Knights earned a 5-1 road victory. Sigurdson finished the game with a plus-two rating and scored both of his goals on three shots...Sigurdson delivered another two-goal performance against Niagara on January 3, scoring twice on the power play in Clarkson’s 6-2 victory. He later scored his eighth goal of the season on the man advantage at Quinnipiac, giving the Golden Knights an early lead in a tightly contested conference matchup...Served as Assistant Captain.

SOPHOMORE YEAR (2024-25):  Sigurdson enjoyed a productive sophomore season at Clarkson, appearing in all 39 games and recording 10 goals and eight assists for 18 points. He finished tied for fourth on the team in goals and sixth in overall scoring while producing a plus-11 rating. Sigurdson also registered 66 shots, one game-winning goal and 26 blocked shots...Sigurdson was particularly effective during ECAC Hockey competition, collecting seven goals and seven assists for 14 points across 22 league games. His plus-seven conference rating reflected his reliable two-way play, while his seven ECAC goals ranked among Clarkson’s leading totals...The Sartell, Minnesota, native opened the season by scoring Clarkson’s first goal in a 4-2 victory at Canisius. Sigurdson struck again against Stonehill on November 9, opening the scoring early in the first period as the Golden Knights continued their strong start to the campaign...Sigurdson remained productive during the second half of the season, contributing assists in victories over St. Lawrence, Quinnipiac and Dartmouth. He also delivered during Clarkson’s postseason run, scoring his 10th goal of the season in the Golden Knights’ ECAC Hockey quarterfinal game against Harvard. The goal gave Clarkson a 2-0 lead early in the second period.

FRESHMAN YEAR (2023-24): Talon skated in 25 games scoring 1 goal and 1 assist…Scored vs Princeton on 2/9...Was named to the ECAC All Academic Team.

The Back of the Hockey Card:  Talon is a 6’1”, 175lb right shot forward from Sartell, Minnesota…Sigurdson played in 57 games for the Des Moines Buccaneers in the USHL, where he tallied 11 goals and 11 assists for 22 points.

Get to know Talon: Talon is the son of Chris Sigurdson & Kristen Sigurdson…He has 3 brothers, Colten Sigurdson, who is an Outfitter in Colter Bay Wyoming, Quentin Sigurdson, a goalie for the Odessa Jackalopes in the NAHL, and Easton Sigurdson, a freshman at Sartell High School…Talon enjoys Hunting, Fishing, Golfing…Talon graduated from Northstar Christian Academy in 2020 and will enter the Engineering & Management program at Clarkson…Also recruited by Anchorage, Fairbanks, Mankato, St. Lawrence, AIC, ASU, Robert Morris
