ATHLETES of the WEEK - October 14, 2012

	Women's Hockey Jamie Lee Rattray Junior, Forward - Kanata, ONT The Golden Knights' leading scorer, Jamie Lee Rattray tallied six points in Clarkson's weekend sweep of Vermont at Cheel Arena. She scored a shorthanded goal and a power-play marker along with one assist in Friday's 4-1 victory, and posted a goal and two assists in Saturday's 5-1 triumph over the Catamounts.

	Volleyball Kristie Shurie Freshman, Setter - LaCanada, CA Kirstie Shurie picked up the slack for an injured Lani Durio, producing 38 assists and 11 digs while running the offense in Clarkson's four-set victory over Elmira College. She ran the offense for the third straight match and recorded 40 assists (13.3 per set) as the Knights swept a three-set match from Mount Aloysius Saturday afternoon at the Elmira Invitational.

	Cross Country Sarah Governale Sophomore - Wading River, NY Sarah Governale maintained her season-long spot as the top runner for the Knights' women, taking second among 144 runners at the Cross Country-Only Championships (CCOC) at Seneca Lake State Park with a time of 19:06.42 in the 5,000-meter event.

	Men's Hockey Pat Megannety Freshman, Forward - Oakville, ONT Pat Megannety got off to a strong start to his collegiate career as he led Clarkson in scoring during the weekend series at Colorado College, scoring a goal in each game along with adding an assist.
