CSC Academic All-District Honors Announced for Clarkson Men's and Women's Basketball

Four members of the Clarkson University Men's Basketball team and three student-athletes from the Clarkson University Women's Basketball team have been named to the CSC Academic All-District teams for their respective sports when the organization announced the lists on Tuesday afternoon. 

Braeden Burns, Steve DeRegis, Lorenzo Rappa, and Grayson Wallace of the Golden Knights' Men's Basketball program earned the honor while Elizabeth Aiossa, Emma Chambers, and Fallon Griffin were named for the Clarkson Women's Basketball team.

The 2025-26 Academic All-District® Men's and Women's Basketball Team, selected by College Sports Communicators, recognize the nation's top student-athletes for their combined performances in athletics and in the classroom. The CSC Academic All-America® program separately recognizes honorees in four divisions — NCAA Division I, NCAA Division II, NCAA Division III and NAIA. Selections must have a 3.50 grade-point average or better with at least sophomore athletic and academic standing to be considered. Additionally, nominees must compete in at least 90% of athletic competitions, or start 66% of a program's games. 

Braeden Burns, an Applied Mathematics & Statistics major, was chosen for the second straight year after averaging 17.0 points and 5.8 rebounds per game, earning Liberty League All-Star honors for the second straight season. 

Steve DeRegis, a Financial Information & Analysis major, was also picked for the second consecutive year, producing 13.0 points per and a team-best 67 3-pointers. 

Lorenzo Rappa, a sophomore Biology major, started all 25 games for the Golden Knights and produced 6.5 points, 3.9 rebounds, and 2.2 assists per contest. 

Grayson Wallace, a sophomore Chemical Engineering major, appeared in 23 games off the bench for Clarkson, averaging 3.0 points per game with 19 3-pointers made. 

Elizabeth Aiossa, selected for the second straight season as a Civil Engineering major, played in all 25 games and started 14 times, averaing 2.8 points, 5.9 rebounds, and 2.1 assists per contest. 

Emma Chambers, a junior majoring in Civil Engineering, earned her first nod for All-District after starting 24 of 25 contests and averaging 3.3 points, 4.4 rebounds, and 1.2 steals per contest. 

Fallon Griffin, a junior with a double major in Healthcare and Psychology, also had her first selection after leading the Liberty League in scoring and earning all-star honors for the first time in her collegiate career.
