The Series: Clarkson dropped both matchups to each team earlier in the year, falling to Skidmore 82-86 and Hobart 63-77. Braeden Burns, Lorenzo Rappa, Nate Abernethy and Steve DeRegis all scored in double-figures in the loss to the Thoroughbreds while the team shot 49% from the field. Abernethy and Burns also led the Knights in scoring against the Statesmen but a 13-point halftime deficit proved too much to overcome. Clarkson has not won in Geneva since the 2014-15 season.

Key Stats for Clarkson (11-10, 6-8 Liberty League): The Knights enter the weekend at 6th place in the Liberty League with Skidmore and Hobart just behind in 7th and 8th. With 19 points in the win at Ithaca, Burns finds himself at 19th in the all-time leading scoring list for the program with the chance to continue to climb before the conclusion of the regular season. DeRegis earned his first career double-double in a 24-point, 10-rebound performance against the Bombers; the junior averaged 21 points per game last weekend with 18 versus RIT on Friday.

Key Stats for Skidmore (10-11, 6-8 Liberty League): Holding the tiebreaker over Clarkson headed into the weekend, the Thoroughbreds broke a two-game skid with a 74-52 win at Bard on Saturday. Aidan Roy led the way with 21 points adding to a nine-game streak where the junior has scored 12 points or more. Nick Padilla has seen a significant increase in minutes for Skidmore over the past three games, averaging 30 minutes and 17 points per game over that timeframe. Prior to the contest against Vassar on February 3rd, the junior was averaging just 3.5 points per outing.

Key Stats for Hobart (11-10, 5-9 Liberty League): The Statesmen enter the weekend on a seven-game losing streak with the last win coming against the Golden Knights on January 16th. Alex Moesch leads four players averaging in double-figures for scoring with 15.3 points per game and holds the third-best three-point shooting percentage (.397) in the league. Monty Nedd finished with a game-high 26 points against Union on Saturday, going 10-16 from the field overall and closing out the weekend with a 22 points per game average after an 18 point outing versus RPI on Friday. Dorian Paki ranks second in the league in field goal percentage shooting nearly 56% while having not attempted a three-pointer yet this year.
