KNIGHTS DROP MEET TO STRONG OSWEGO STATE SQUAD

Potsdam, NY - Two Oswego State squads sent the Clarkson University Swim teams to a pair of losses in a non-league swim meet Saturday afternoon at Fuller Pool, as the Golden Knights dropped a 130-96 decision on the men's side while the women fell 106-78.

The Lakers impressed with their depth as the Golden Knights won just a few of the events in each match up. Freshman Katherine Gawrys (Ballston Spa, NY) scored a victory in the 50-meter freestyle to lead the Golden Knights while senior co-captain Sarah Morris (Amherst, NY) came through with a first-place showing in the 200 backstroke.

On the men's side, freshman Matt Ulsh (Rochester, MN) led the Knights with two-first place wins. Ulsh won the 200 individual medley and 200 butterfly.
