SENIOR YEAR (2007-08)—Second-Team ECAC Hockey All-Star … Started 37 of 38 games, including all 22 league games … Back boned Clarkson to the ECAC Hockey regular season title … Owned the best winning percentage in league play at .750% with a 15-4-3 record … Became the first Clarkson goaltender to record back-to-back 20-win seasons since the mid-1990s … Finished with a 22-11-4 record … His five shutouts this season were the most by a Clarkson goaltender since 1961-62 … Posted a .920 save percentage and a 2.20 goals against average … Selected as ECAC Goaltender of the Week once (1/28) and named six times to the league’s weekly Honor Roll … Chosen to participate in NCAA Frozen Four Skills Challenge ... Named Bill Harrison Clarkson Most Valuable Player... Set new single-season school records for saves (1,037) and save percentage (.930) ... Ranked among the top goaltenders in the country, owned the best save % (.927) and 2nd-best goals against average (2.25) in ECACHL play ... Boasted the 4th-best winning % (.736, 24-7-5) and the 4th-best save % in the nation ... Ranked 12th in the country in goals against average (2.16) ... Combined for 64 saves in the sweep of Harvard in quarterfinal series (3/9-10), allowing just one goal through a 120 minutes of playoff action ... Recorded second shutout of the season and third of his career with 27 stops in 3-0 Game 1 victory over the Crimson ... SOPHOMORE YEAR (2005-06)—Emerged as the Knights’ number one goaltender down the stretch, starting the last 10 games … Through 23 games posted a .913 save percentage and a 2.57 goals against average en route to an 11-9-3 record ...Gave Clarkson a chance to win the ECACHL Quarterfinal series against 7th-ranked Cornell in Ithaca by stopping 106 of 113 shots through 179 minutes of play in the two-game series (3/10-11) ... Recorded his first career shutout and the Knights’ first whitewash of the season with 20 saves in Game 2, first-round series clinching win over Princeton (3/4) ... Stopped 43 of 44 Princeton shots in the series … Named to the ECACHL weekly Honor Roll three times (12/12, 1/30, 2/13).
FRESHMAN YEAR (2004-05)—Saw action in five games during his rookie season, including two starts ... Posted a .908 save % and a 2.97 GAA en route to a 2-1 record ... Backboned CU to its first win of the season, a 5-3 victory at Wayne St. (10/17), by coming off the bench midway through the second period and making 17 saves on 19 shots in his first collegiate appearance ... Posted 25 saves in first Clarkson start to lead the Knights to a 4-3 win over Niagara (10/30).
