SENIOR YEAR (2000-01)—Served as a co-captain on the Knights' ECAC Regular Season Championship team, which posted a 15-5-2 league mark and 21-11-3 overall record … Was a steady scorer and one of the top defensive-forwards in the league … Finished with 25 points on 12 goals and 13 assists through 31 games … Played the last six games suffering through an ankle injury, which sidelined him for the previous four contests … Tallied six power-play markers, two game-winners and a +8 rating … Had seven multiple-point outings, including two, two-goal games … Named ECAC/CCM Player of the Week on October 23 and selected to weekly Honor Roll four times (10/16, 1/1, 1/8, 1/22) … Selected to Everblades College Classic All-Tournament Team in Florida after scoring two power-play goals in 7-6 victory over Ohio State (12/28) ... Was the recipient of Clarkson's Richmond Unsung Hero and Paul J. Pilon Awards ... Named to the ECAC All-Academic Team.
JUNIOR YEAR (1999-00)—After a frustrating start offensively, he made an impact in the scoring column … Had six goals and five assists in the 2000 portion of the schedule … Scored 16 points (7-9) playing in all 35 games … Named ECAC/CCM Player of the Week ( 2/21) and selected to Honor Roll (2/28) … Tallied five points (2-3) in road sweep of Brown (2/18) and Harvard (2/19) … Scored twice in come-from-behind 3-2 win at Union (2/26) … Tallied first career shorthanded goal, and one assist in 6-4 win vs. Lowell (12/10) … Also recorded two points (1-1) in 5-2 victory over Mankato (1/7) ... Selected to the ECAC All-Academic squad and received Clarkson's Fran Neragin Award, presented to the player who excels in sportsmanship and academics, and who has contributed significantly to the hockey program.
SOPHOMORE YEAR (1998-99)—Emerged as an explosive offensive force by more than doubling his rookie year point total with nine goals and 13 assists through 37 games ... Top power play force with five goals on the man-advantage ... Named ECAC Player of the Week (12/14) after scoring two goals in the 5-4 victory over nationally ranked Ferris State (12/12) ... Named to the ECAC weekly Honor Roll (1/18) after scoring two goals in the 6-1 win at Dartmouth (1/16) ... Tallied three points (1-2) in ECAC playoffs, including a goal in the 6-5 semifinal victory over Princeton (3/19).
FRESHMAN YEAR (1997-98)—A promising center who improved throughout the season ... Named ECAC Rookie of the Week (10/27) after scoring two goals and one assist in the second game of the season, a 6-1 win at Bowling Green (10/25) ... Had four goals and six assists through 30 games ... Tallied two game-winners and one power play marker ... Suffered a concussion in the Vermont game (2/6) and sat out next three contests ... Skated in 10 of the final 11 games, including all five postseason contests ... Recorded one assist in the quarterfinal sweep of the Catamounts (3/13-14).
BEFORE CLARKSON—Played for Nichols School in 1996-97 and scored 54 points on 25 goals and 29 assists through 31 games ... Was Nichols' team captain, leading scorer and MVP ... MVP of the 1997 Chicago Showcase Tournament.
