Jerrett Named to D3baseball.com Team of the Week

Senior infielder Cam Jerrett of the Clarkson University Baseball team was rewarded once again for his hot start to the 2025 season when he was chosen to the d3baseball.com Team of the Week, announced on Wednesday.

The Golden Knights' second baseman fielded 13 chances flawlessly and helped turn four double plays over a three-game set against Centenary University, but it was his bat that did most of the talking for the honor. Jerrett hit .667/.714/1.000 over 14 plate appearances, going 8-for-12 at the dish and reaching base 10 times overall. He pounded four doubles, scored twice, and drove in seven runs.

Jerrett is returning from a bit of a lost junior year as he was hampered throughout the campaign with injuries, limiting him to only 58 at bats where he did have a pair of home runs and drove in nine. As a sophomore, Jerrett was a consistent threat in the lineup, hitting .303 with six doubles and 17 RBI.
