Leaderboard for 2024 Clarkson Invitational

Five of the top six spots were Clarkson golfers, including 'A' team members Eric Spoth (70), Daniel Wilson (71), and Ryan Makowski (72). Spoth was two-over on the front nine, but rallied to shoot 32 on the back nine thanks to five birdies. He was one-under on the par-five 10th, the par-three 14th, and then finished off the round with three birdies on the 16th, 17th, and 18th holes. Wilson's round saw numerous pars, but he recorded a birdie on the third hole and then on the 13th hole. Makowski, who was named Liberty League Golfer of the Week earlier in the day thanks to his performance this past weekend, ended up even par despite shooting two-over on the front nine. He had a birdie on the 10th hole and closed strong with three straight birdies on the 16th, 17th, and 18th holes.

Tyler Yakawych shot 79 for the second straight round to close out Clarkson's 'A' team score. He, too, had a slow start, but ended up strong. He shot 41 on the front nine and shot 38 on the back, scoring a birdie on 10 and four pars in his last seven holes. Jace Dutch's score of 80 was dropped from the team tally, as he shot 40 on both the front and back.

For the Clarkson 'B' team, Luke Weisiger was just one-over with a 73. He birdied number-one and also had one bogey on the front nine to score even, and had a birdie on the 11th hole and notched a 37 on the back nine. Andrew Palmatier also shot 74, just two over par as the last of Clarkson's top-five in the first six spots. Palmatier picked up four birdies on the day, scoring one on the ninth hole, one on the 14th, and back-to-back holes on the 16th and 17th. Joe Tiderencel also played well with a 76, going even on the front nine thanks to a birdie on the second hole. Brant Bomberger (82) helped round out the Clarkson 'B' teams score. Aaron Walsh also shot 84 and Dylan Farr carded an 86 as an individual outside of the team scoring.
