A late add to the 2024 schedule, the Clarkson University Women's Lacrosse team will play host to Oneonta State on Saturday afternoon at Hantz Field.

The Series: This is the first meeting between the two teams. The Golden Knights have won seven of the last nine games against members of the SUNYAC.

Key Stats for Clarkson (2-0): Senior Madelynn Barnum surpassed 150 points in her collegiate career on Thursday against Plattsburgh and she likely will have further company in that club in the way of graduate student Julia Lavarnway. With 14 points in the first two games of the season, Lavarnway is now four points short of 150 for her career. Barnum also leads the team with 11 draw controls, while classmate Grace Graney has seven groundballs to go along with four points. Rylee Ganter leads the defense with five caused turnovers and five groundballs.

Key Stats for Oneonta State (0-2): Just like Clarkson has started the season with two SUNYAC foes, the Red Dragons have begun the 2024 campaign with two contests against Liberty League opponents, having fallen to University of Rochester (13-7) and Rensselaer (16-11). Lauren Mancini leads the team with six points on five goals and an assist and Marissa Evans has six points thanks to four goals and two assists, as well as a team-high seven draw controls. Cassidy Moore is also in the running for the team's top scorer with five points on four goals and one assist. Courtney Gallagher has played the majority of time in the crease, having made 20 saves through two contests.
