The Clarkson University Athletic Department has added a new twist to following all of your favorite sports at the institution by providing Facebook pages for each of its Division III offerings.
While many schools have Facebook pages for their athletic department, or unofficial pages for fans to connect on, the Golden Knights Athletic Department has customized a page for fans to follow each of their favorite sports and student-athletes.
While clarksonathletics.com will still be the best place for fans to follow the results and stories regarding Clarkson Athletics, each Facebook page will put a more personal touch on all of the events that make the Golden Knight student-athletes special, highlighting their considerable efforts in helping the Potsdam and Clarkson communities grow. Specific highlights so far are the annual Potsdam Spring Clean Up, Special Olympics Awareness Day, and numerous local clinics with St. Lawrence County youth. Additionally, the Clarkson University Student-Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC) has its own Facebook page as well.
