Loucks Picked for Liberty League Honors for Second Time in 2009

Another impressive individual performance highlighted the week for the Clarkson University Women's Lacrosse team as junior Kimberly Loucks (Waterloo, NY) earned Liberty League Offensive Performer of the Week honors for the second time this season on Monday.

Loucks, who shared the honor with a player from Hamilton, collected 14 points in two games for the Golden Knights, including 11 goals. In a 14-10 loss to Rensselaer, she netted six goals and an assist, and in a close 15-14 loss to Vassar, she has five goals and two assists. Over the course of the two contests, she also tallied eight groundballs and five draw controls for the Knights.

Loucks leads the Knights in goals (38) and points (49) for the season and ranks second in the conference in both of those categories. She also ranks seventh in assists (11).
